Where do we start?

Well, of course we start with Santa Rosa Plums

Plump, Juicy, Purple Skins, Yellow Flesh...

We harvest them ripe somewhere between mid June to mid July...

We process the fruit the same day we pick it...  You don't find this elsewhere...
